Equatara terms of use
These pre-launch terms describe acceptable use of the private Equatara preview. They are not final public-service terms.

Using the preview
Use the site only for lawful, personal, educational, or authorized business purposes. Do not use it to harm others, evade access controls, probe vulnerabilities without permission, overload the service, distribute malware, scrape in a way that disrupts service, impersonate others, or misrepresent Equatara output as an official determination.
Calculator results
Results are informational estimates based on the inputs, formula version, assumptions, sources, dates, and limitations shown. They may not fit a particular contract, lender, jurisdiction, clinical situation, tax rule, engineering standard, or other real-world decision. Check important results with the relevant official source or qualified professional.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering appropriate values, selecting the correct units and context, reviewing warnings, and deciding whether a tool applies. Do not use Equatara as the sole basis for an emergency, medical, legal, tax, investment, credit, safety, structural, or other high-stakes decision.
Availability and changes
During development, calculators and pages may be changed, disabled, noindexed, archived, or removed to correct errors or improve safety. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every planned calculator exists.
Content and permitted reuse
Equatara branding, original explanations, interface design, and software may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Facts and mathematical formulas may not themselves be exclusive, but copying the site, presentation, datasets, or code may still be restricted. Public licensing and reuse terms must be finalized before launch.

Links to official sources and other sites are provided for context. Equatara does not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or later changes. A link does not imply endorsement.
No guarantee
We work to make calculators clear and testable, but the preview is provided without a promise that every result, source, or page is error-free, complete, continuously available, or suitable for a specific purpose. Final warranty and liability language requires legal review for the launch jurisdictions.
Problems and questions
Use the correction process for suspected calculation errors. The verified contact channel will be activated before public launch.
